Dr. Michèle Mantha, C.Psych., Clinical and School Psychologist
Dr. Mantha provides psychological assessment services for children and adolescents in both English and French. Her areas of practice include psychoeducational assessments, giftedness assessments, developmental assessments (e.g., for intellectual disabilities), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) assessments, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments. Dr. Mantha also provides individual therapy services for children, adolescent, and adults seeking treatment or support for depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, behavioural difficulties, emotional regulation, and social difficulties. Dr. Mantha’s therapeutic approach stems primarily from a cognitive behavioural orientation within a systemic perspective, but she tailors her work to best suit her clients’ individual needs by also drawing from interpersonal, emotion-focused, and attachment theory approaches.
In addition to her work in private practice, Dr. Mantha is a member of the Plantagenet Family Health Team, where she provides psychological services, including assessments and treatment, to children, adolescents, and adults from the township of Alfred and Plantagenet and its surrounding communities.
Dr. Mantha has gained experience working in a variety of community, school, and health-related settings including the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario, the Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team, the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, the Western Québec School Board, and the Ottawa Carleton District School Board. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2016, and she is currently registered for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as well as with l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec.

Dr. Gina Webster, C.Psych., Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Webster is a clinical psychologist who is licensed with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She provides psychological services to children, adolescents and families in English. In her private practice, she offers psychological assessments of children and adolescents presenting with learning challenges, issues related to mood and anxiety, challenges with attention, behavioural concerns, and developmental differences. Additionally, she provides individual psychological therapy for children and adolescents experiencing a range of challenges, including issues related to mood and anxiety, learning difficulties, and adjustment to life changes. Her therapy approach is strengths based and solution focused, incorporating a behavioural and cognitive-behavioural orientation. As part of the assessment and therapy process, Dr. Webster provides consultation to parents and teachers on parenting and behaviour management strategies. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Webster has provided clinical psychological services for over 17 years at the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre (now amalgamated with CHEO). She received her Doctorate in Applied Developmental and Social Psychology in 2005 from the University of Guelph.

Elizabeth Francoeur, C.Psych., Assoc. Clinical and School Psychologist
Elizabeth Francoeur, C. Psych. Assoc. (Supervised Practice) is pursuing her designation as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Normand Perrault.
Elizabeth received both a Master's degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology (MSc) and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Eastern Michigan University. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Music Therapist Accredited (MTA).
Elizabeth has diverse work experience in Canada and the United States: inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, long-term care settings, substance abuse, and school psychology.
Elizabeth provides comprehensive psychological assessments and treatments for children and adolescents. She integrates evidence-based interventions and designs treatment plans based on the client's unique needs and strengths, drawing upon her training and experience in diverse therapeutic approaches, including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavior Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Music Therapy.
Elizabeth helps children and adolescents develop skills related to social interactions, stress and anxiety management, self-regulation, cognitive restructuring, autonomy, resilience, learning difficulties, assertiveness, and self-esteem. She provides services in French and English.
