Financial Assistance for Families 

 

• President’s Choice Children’s Charity: provides assistance for children with cerebral palsy, autism, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, and various developmental delays.

• Easter Seals Ontario: provides assistance for children with physical disabilities. 

• Jennifer Ashleigh Children's Charity: provides assistance to improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families.

• Ceridian Cares Charity: provides financial assistance to support requests for medical equipment, special therapies and home adjustments for barrier-free living. Application form for Ceridian Cares grants

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient waiting for treatment. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fees. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full fee must be paid.

In the event of illness, contagious infection, lice or dangerous driving conditions, no fee will be charged for a missed appointment. 

All appointments scheduled on Mondays must be cancelled by Thursday 4 pm.
